29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)	Blackbird Commercial Roofing, on or about May 05, 2022, at the address of 1041 US-250, Ashland OH: The employer did not ensure employee was protected from falls while working on top of a low sloped roof. Employee installing rubber and metal strip around the roof eave was exposed to falls up to 11ft.  7inches to the ground below.
