29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: NASNI Building 1479: On or before May 05, 2022, in the follow locations, appliances were plugged into power taps and/or extension cords and were not used according to listing and labeling instructions. a) Administrative office cubicle space: The General Electric 120 Volt refrigerator was plugged directly into a relocatable power tap. b) Administrative office cubicle space: The Panasonic 120V microwave was plugged into an extension cord. c) Administrative office employee desk: A Keurig coffeemaker was plugged directly into a relocatable power tap. Employees were exposed to electrical shock and/or fire hazards.
