29 CFR  1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed:  a) Discount Tire of Colorado, Inc, 2820 North Avenue, Grand Junction, CO 81501: On or about 5/9/2022, the employer did not ensure exit routs were kept free and unobstructed.  Items contained in tire storage racks exit access obstructed the path of travel. This exposes employees to fire and smoke inhalation hazards.  Discount Tire was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1557350, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on 1/13/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 2928 King Avenue West Billings, MT 59102.
