29 CFR  1926.761(b):The employer did not train each employee exposed to a fall hazard in accordance with the requirements of this section.   (a)  On or about May 5, 2022, and at times thereto,  employees engaged in steel erection activities working to install metal roof decking were exposed to an approximate 17 foot fall hazard.  Employees were not provided with adequate knowledge to identify fall hazards in the work area and the procedures to be followed to prevent falls to lower levels while performing this work.

29 CFR  1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in steel erection activity who is on a walking/ working surface with an unprotected side or edge  was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems or fall restraint systems.  (a)  On or about May 5, 2022, and at times thereto,  employees engaged in steel erection activities working to install metal roof decking were exposed to an approximate 17 foot fall hazard.  Forge Building Company, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1566875, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on 2/15/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 7373 S. Federal Way, Boise, ID 83716.
