The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated. a) At 5698 Ogeechee Rd., Suite A, Savannah, GA 31405: On or about May 10, 2022, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that fall protection use was not enforced for employees operating an extensible articulating aerial lift.
