The employer did not establish an energy control program that defined machine specific energy control procedures, training and periodic inspections for employees performing The installation or removal of Intoxalock eLERT vehicle devices to prevent accidental or inadvertent energizing of the vehicles.

29 CFR  1910.151(c):Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  At the workplace located at 12600 South US 71 Highway, Grandview, Missouri 64030, employees were exposed to corrosive battery fluid as well as other chemicals that could cause caustic injuries. There were no suitable facilities in the immediate area available for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body.
