29 CFR  1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds shall be fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as follows:  Platform(s) on all working levels of scaffolds, were not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and guardrail supports such that the space between adjacent units, and the space between the platform and the uprights.   The employer failed to protect employees from fall hazards.  This was most recently documented on or about May 13th, 2022, in Gretna, Nebraska 68028.  The side brackets that were attached to the Hydro Mobile scaffolding were not fully planked.

The employer failed to protect employees from fall hazards.  This was most recently documented on or about May 13th, 2022, in Gretna, Nebraska 68028. Employees were conducting masonry operations and were exposed to unprotected hydro mobile scaffolding that was over heights of 10ft.
