29 CFR  1904.29(b)(1):A log of all recordable work-related injuries and illness (OSHA Form 300 or equivalent) was not completed in the detail required by the regulation.  a.)JDRC Managed Services LLC DBA Cresco Yeltrah- The recordable injury and/or illness entries on the OSHA 300 Log for Calendar Year 2022 were not completed as required. Recordable Case numbers 1, 3, 4, and 5 on the Log were not descriptive, in that the body part affected, and/or the agent, object, and/or substance that directly injured or made the person ill was not noted/documented.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
