29 CFR 1910.36(g)(4): Objects that projected into the exit route reduced the width of the exit route to less than the minimum width requirements of exit routes: a) On or about May 16, 2022, at the warehouse near the will call bay door, an exit route was blocked by pallets of merchandise. b) On or about May 16, 2022, at the warehouse between overhead bay doors 6 and 7, an exit route was blocked by a pallet of merchandise and a storage rack. c) On or about May 16, 2022, in the back of the warehouse, the exit route was blocked by pallets of merchandise.
