29 CFR  1910.151(c):Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use.  On or about May 18, 2022, an employee who performs maintenance on the battery provided on the two battery powered forklifts was not provided with an eyewash within the charging areas or where he adds the water. A suitable facility for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use while employees  adding  water to Lead Acid Battery that contains  Sulfuric Acid, thus exposing employees to potential chemical burn hazard to the eyes. 29 CFR  1910.333(a)(2):"Energized parts."
