29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:      On or about May 17, 2022, relocatable power taps that are designed and listed for being used with high concentrations of low powered loads was instead used with high powered loads (Refrigerators) in the following instances:   a) Small Office Break Area: A Tripp-Lite relocatable power tap was used to power a large black Frigidaire Refrigerator (Serial #BA90917137);   b) Large Break Area: A Tripp-Lite relocatable power tap was used to power a large white Frigidaire Refrigerator (Serial #81AH9426).   ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose:  Large Breakroom Area:  On or about 05/17/2022, the employer did not ensure that a single duplex 110 volt outlet located along the wall near the refrigerator was affixed with a cover that was free of damage (severe cracks) thereby potentially exposing employees to live parts.   ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
