The tank contained diesel fuel, a Category 3 flammable liquid.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:   Maintenance garage at Cedar Ridge Golf Course: On or about May 19, 2022, A diesel tank, buckets, and lawn tractor tires were blocking an electrical panel. The distance from the front of the electric panel to the tires that were in front of the diesel tank was approximately 38 inches. The inability to access the panel risked prolonging employee exposure to energized equipment in the event the electrical panel would need to be accessed. In accordance with 1910.303(g), Table S-1, Condition A, the required distance is 36 inches.
