[58 FR 35083; June 30, 1993]   a) Turbine 1, South side, ground level staircase: On or about 18 May, 2022 the employer exposed employees to physical injury from trip and fall hazards, where an electrical cord was placed across the Turbine 1 staircase.

29 CFR  1910.305(a)(2)(x):  Flexible cords and cables were not protected from accidental damage, as might be caused, for example, by sharp corners, projections, and doorways or other pinch points:   a) Turbine 1 load room, South entrance: On or about 5/18/2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed 11 employees to possible electrocution , in that they failed to protect flexible power cables from accidental damage, as might be caused, for example, by sharp corners, projections, and doorways or other pinch points, while they were performing maintenance in the load room.
