29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a)  On the north west corner of the new residential home; an employee was standing on a truss and top plate of the wall while setting the end truss.  The height of the truss and wall was approximately 10 feet to 11 feet above the ground.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(4): Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed:  (a) On the east side of the new residential home; an employee was incorrectly using a stepladder by leaning the ladder against the east wall in the closed or folded in position and then climbed up the ladder to fasten plywood sheets to the exterior wall of the new home.
