OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by and crushed-by hazards while erecting an exterior wall of a residential structure:  (a) Jobsite at 98 Bayview Drive in Jamestown, RI:  On or about May 18, 2022, the employer exposed employees to struck-by and crushed-by hazards while lifting a two by eight framed exterior wall, that measured approximately 13'6" high by 39'10" long and weighed approximately 2790 lbs., with inadequate manpower and equipment to do so.
