29 CFR 1926.150(a)(1): The employer did not develop and maintain a fire protection program to be followed throughout all phases of construction and demolition work, and/or did not provide for the firefighting equipment as specified in this subpart:  a) KDK Builders LLC, does not ensure that employees have available firefighting equipment at the jobsite. This violation was most recently observed at 7 east Second Street Clifton NJ 07011. The employer did not provide any firefighting equipment at the jobsite. Gasoline compressor was used.  Extra gasoline to fuel the gas compressor was stored in gas cans on the site, on or about 5/18/22

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:   a) Exterior, structure of the roof: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 30 feet while using an extension ladder that was not extended at least 3 feet over the landing that they were accessing, on or about 5/18/22.   b) a) Exterior, structure of the roof/Back: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet while using an extension ladder that was not extended at least 3 feet over the landing that they were accessing, on or about 5/31/22.
