29 CFR  1926.96: Safety-toe footwear for employees did not meet the requirements and specifications in American National Standard for Men's Safety-Toe Footwear, Z41.1-1967:   a) 20 & 22 Glen Ave, Palisades NJ: Employees were carrying and using roofing materials and pneumatic nail guns on top of a residential flat roof, without wearing shoes with adequate toe protection from impact and compression forces or nails impalement ,on or about 5/20/22.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) Exterior, Roof of the house: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 25 feet while engaged in roofing activities on a roof without means of fall protection in place, on or about 5/20/22.
