29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/ or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: 41 Lake George St., Devens, MA: On or about May 24, 2022: an employee was observed working more than 20 feet above the ground below from an aerial lift trimming the roof of this structure and a body belt was not worn and/ or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
