On or about May 25th 2022, at Physicare MultiServices Ltd  located at 3508 Flatlands Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11234   a) The exit route was obstructed with garbage bins, window screens, mattress, wood, plastic crates and other materials.

29 CFR  1910.1030(f)(4)(ii)(A): The employer did not ensure that the health care professional evaluating an employee after an exposure incident was provided with a copy of this regulation.   On or about April 25th, 2022 at Physicare MultiServices Ltd located at 3508 Flatlands Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11234.  (a) An employee had a needlestick injury  when disposing a contaminated needle into the sharp container. The employee was told to go to the Emergency room at the nearest hospital. The health care professional was not provided with a copy of this standard.

On or about April 25, 2022 at Physicare MultiServices LTD located at 3508 Flatlands Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11234  a) An employee was injured with a BD spinal needle Vacutainer Safety Lok in 25 gauge x 3/4" x  12". The employer did not establish and maintain a sharps injury record log.

The employer did not protect the privacy of the injured employee who had a needlestick incident.
