29 CFR  1903.19(c)(1): The employer did not certify to OSHA, within 10 calendar days after the abatement date, that the cited violation had been abated:  On or about May 31, 2023, the employer failed to certify to OSHA that the following hazards had been abated.   a) Citation 1, Item 1 - On or about May 23, 2022, and at times prior thereto, authorized employees had not received training on the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control, exposing the employees to electrical hazards.  b) Citation 1, Item 2 - On or about May 23, 2022, the employer had not developed, documented and utilized procedures to control potentially hazardous energy, exposing employees to electrical hazards.
