29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment being used did not used meet the requirements specified in Z 87.1-1968: Employees engaged in residential framing at 7724 Isidore Drive, Lincoln, Nebraska were exposed to eye injury hazards in that employees operating pneumatic nail guns were not provided the methods to protect their eyes from flying particles with safety glasses.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: Employees engaged in residential framing at 7724 Isidore Drive, Lincoln, Nebraska were exposed to fall hazards working on top of walls without fall protection. The employees were working at a height of approximately 11 feet 5 inches measured from the ground to top of walls without fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): The employer is exposing employees to fall hazards where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: Employees engaged in residential framing at 7724 Isidore Drive, Lincoln, Nebraska were exposed to fall hazards when using a ladder not extended over the upper landing surface. Employees were exposed to falls as great as 11 feet 5 inches measured from the ground to top of walls.
