29 CFR 1910.134(m)(1): Records of medical evaluations required by 29 CFR 1910.134 were not retained and made available in accordance with 1910.1020.  HRI Hospital 227 Babcock Street, Brookline, MA   On or about June 17, 2022 and ongoing, the employer did not provide  a medical evaluation to all employees required to wear respirators. The employer required employees to wear N95 filtering facepiece respirators to protect against the SARS-CoV-2 virus while providing care to a suspected and confirmed positive patients.

29 CFR 1910.134(m)(2)(i): The employer did not establish a record of the qualitative and quantitative fit tests administered to an employee which included the information required by 29 CFR 1910.134(m)(2)(i)(A) through (m)(2)(i)(E).  HRI Hospital 227 Babcock Street, Brookline, MA    On or about June 17, 2022 and ongoing, the employer did not provide an initial and/or annual fit test to all employees required to wear respirators. The employer required employees to wear N95 filtering facepiece respirators to protect against the SARS-CoV-2 virus while providing care to suspected and confirmed positive patient(s).
