29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  The employer is failing to adequately train employees exposed to fall hazards on the hazards associated with falling while working from heights, and procedures to be used to prevent falls, including proper use of fall protection equipment. This was most recently documented on or about June 3, 2022, at a jobsite located at 1810 Red Orchard Way, Liberty, Missouri. The employer failed to ensure exposed employees were properly trained to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed to protect themselves from falls while they were working at heights on this residential home.

This was most recently documented on or about June 3, 2022, at a jobsite located at 1810 Red Orchard Way, Liberty, Missouri. The employer failed to ensure exposed employees were protected from overhead struck by hazards from falling or flying objects when employees did not wear protective helmets while working underneath workers using hand held tools   Dereck Construction LLC  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.100(a),  which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1541672, citation number 1, item number 1and was affirmed as a final order on 8-19-21, with respect to a workplace located at 25357 W. 142nd Place, Olathe, KS 66062.  Dereck Construction LLC  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.100(a),  which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1522871, citation number 1, item number 1and was affirmed as a final order on 7-9-21, with respect to a workplace located at 18100 Westgate, Bucyrus, KS 66013.
