29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure.   a)  106 Biltmore Place, Panama City Beach, FL:  On or about June 3rd, 2022, employees were exposed to a fall hazard in that the employer allowed employees to stand and work from elevated and sloped (6 on 12 pitch) working surfaces 9 - 12 feet above the ground without fall protection.  b)  106 Biltmore Place, Panama City Beach, FL:  On or about June 2nd, 2022, employees were exposed to a fall hazard in that the employer allowed employees to stand and work from elevated and sloped (6 on 12 pitch) working surfaces 9 - 12 feet above the ground without fall protection.
