29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points:  a) Dollar General Store, 599 Kent Street, Windsor, NY - On or about 6/3/2022, The following aisleways leading to the exit door did not maintain 28 inches of clearance throughout:   1) End cap of aisleway 26 & 17 was narrowed to 26 inches by U-Boat containers of totes.   2) Backroom aisleway to exit was narrowed to 16 inches by U-Bolt containers of totes.    The Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1565322, citation number 2, item number 1a, and was affirmed as a final order on June 30, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 10757 U.S. 11, Adams, NY 13605.  The Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1500289, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on May 7, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 514 North Antrim Way, Greencastle, PA.

29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:  a) Backroom, on or about 6/3/20222: A portable fire extinguisher on the West Wall was blocked by merchandise.  The Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1461290, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on 8/31/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 1415 Ellis Ave., Jackson, MS 39212.   The Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1450479, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 4/7/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 1111 N. Cole Street, Bushnell, IL 61422.
