29 CFR  1926.451(b)(5)(i): The end of a platform 10 feet or less in length extended over its support more than 12 inches and the platform was not designed and installed so that the cantilevered portion of the platform is able to support employees and/or materials without tipping, or has guardrails which block employee access to the cantilevered end.  a- 43 Wellesley Way, Evesham NJ -  A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of  16 feet 9 inches to the ground surface below, when performing siding installation and other related activities from the end of a pump jack scaffold's unsecured/unsupported walking/working surface that extended more than 12 inches over its support.    NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
