29 CFR  1910.132(a):Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered:  a) Waltron Bull & Roberts, LLC, 25 Minneakoning Road, Flemington, NJ;  On or about 6/03/2022, the employer failed to provide suitable splash protection for hands and body of chemist(s) & assistant chemist(s) against strong corrosive(s) such as sulfuric & hydrochloric acid during manual pouring to replenish solutions in vats within the lab.

29 CFR  1910.151(c):Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  a) chemistry lab, 25 Minneakoning Road, Flemington, NJ;  On or about 6/03/2022, the employer failed to provide facilities for rinsing of the body within the immediate lab area where chemist(s) & assistant chemist(s) were exposed to splashes of strong corrosives during manual pouring of concentrated sulfuric & hydrochloric acid from 2.5L bottles for replenishment of acid solutions in vats within the lab.
