At a worksite located at 614 W Johnathan Dr, Marionville, MO 65705: Employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards. This was most recently documented on or about May 25, 2022, and at times prior to, when the employer did not provide walking-working surfaces that were free of hazards such as accumulation of fry sawdust. Dry sawdust, a combustible and explosive dust, was observed in the facility on elevated surfaces at a depth greater than 1.5 inches.
