OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees were exposed to struck-by hazards:  a) Outside dock Area, 499 Nixon Road, Cheswick, PA 15024:  On or about June 6, 2022, a delivery driver employee walking through a high traffic area at a customer location while not wearing a high visibility vest or other high visibility gear was fatally injured after being struck-by a 53-foot Wabash trailer (VIN ijjv532d0ll231578) connected to a 2007 Freightliner truck (VIN: 1FUJA6CKX7LX28489).
