29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:  (a): Exterior, adjacent to Bergen Blvd - Employees working from an aerial lift did not have lanyards attached to the boom or basket. Two employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 7 feet while working from an aerial lift, on or about April 13, 2022.   There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
