At the jobsite located at 17804 England St. Overland Park, Kansas, employees engaged in swimming pool construction activities were exposed to dermal, ingestion, and inhalation hazards from exposure to concrete dust, Pool Time 3'' Tablets Stab Chlorinator, unleaded gasoline and Masonry Cement Mortars. The employer had not developed and implemented a hazard communication program.

At the jobsite located at 17804 England St. Overland Park, Kansas, employees engaged in swimming pool construction activities were exposed to dermal, ingestion, and inhalation hazards from exposure to hazardous chemicals without being provided with information and training on how to recognize, avoid and/or eliminate the hazards associated with the Pool Time 3'' Tablets Stab Chlorinator, unleaded gasoline and Masonry Cement Mortars.

Employees were exposed to silica hazards. The employer failed to implement engineering and work practice controls as outlined in Table 1 to reduce employee exposure to silica dust.
