29 CFR  1910.101(b):The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6:  Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965: 3.4.3 Removable type valve protective caps should remain in place until ready to withdraw content, or to connect to a manifold.  3.4.4 Before using cylinder, be sure it is properly supported to prevent it from being knocked over.  Location: Lab area  On or about 2 June, 2022, cylinders of argon and oxygen (2 total)  in a ready for withdrawal status were unsecured.
