29 CFR  1910.22(a)(1):All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition.  On or about June 15, 2022, employees were exposed to slip, trip and fall hazards while working in the warehouse because overstocked palleted material was allowed to block aisles and make them unpassable.

29 CFR  1910.22(c):(c) Access and egress.  The employer must provide, and ensure each employee uses, a safe means of access and egress to and from walking-working surfaces.  On or about June 15, 2022, employees were exposed to slip, trip and fall hazards while working in the warehouse because overstocked palleted material was allowed to block aisles and make them unpassable.

29 CFR  1910.176(a):Use of mechanical equipment. Where mechanical handling equipment is used, sufficient safe clearances shall be allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways and wherever turns or passage must be made. Aisles and passageways shall be kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. Permanent aisles and passageways shall be appropriately marked.  On or about June 15, 2022, employees were operating powered industrial vehicles to move product and the employer did not ensure the aisles and passageways were kept clear of obstructions.
