29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: At the jobsite located at 4300 N Sunny Cir. Wichita, KS employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to struck-by hazards in that hard hats were not provided. Employees were allowed to work at a lower level without hard hats where framing activities continued to be performed from above.

Wichita, KS, employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to electrical and burn hazards in that the flexible cord protective layer was pulling away from connector on the plug end of the Makita circular saw.
