The employer did not develop or implement a written hazard communication program. Employees work with hazardous chemicals including but not limited to diesel, gasoline, kerosene and motor oils. Violation occurred on or about June 15, 2022. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

The employer did not maintain safety data sheets for the hazardous chemicals used in their daily processes which handles such chemicals but not limited to No. 1 and No. 2 Diesel Fuels, Unleaded Automotive Gasoline, Mobil 1 5W-30 and Mobil 1 10W-30 motor oils. Violation occurred on or about June 15, 2022. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

The tanker truck was not adequately cleaned to remove the fuel and vapor. Violation occurred on or about June 15, 2022. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
