29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  (a) Richardson Van Leeuwen Construction LLC DBA RVC at 900 Highway 133 in Carbondale, CO: On or about June 13, 2022, the employer did not ensure that temporary workers received fall protection training before they were exposed to fall hazards when working at heights of 11 to 22 feet without adequate guardrail systems. Two temporary workers were directed to reinforce the temporary guardrails on the building's second- and third-floor balconies after RVC noted the system was inadequate. One worker fell approximately 11 feet when the guardrail failed to support their weight.
