Location: 28 Milford St. Medway, MA  On June 16, 2022 an employee was exposed to fall hazards of more than 16 feet from the roof edge to the ground below, where a personal fall arrest system was not used.  #1) Bessa Brothers, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(B)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1541507, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 02-28-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 19 Highland Ave. Randolph, MA.  #2) Bessa Brothers, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(B)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1311801, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07-17-2018, with respect to a workplace located at Elmwood Road.
