29 CFR  1910.22(a)(2):(2) The floor of each workroom is maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition.  When wet processes are used, drainage must be maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats must be provided.  a. On or before June 16, 2022, the employer failed to ensure walking-working surfaces were dry prior to employees walking-working on the surface. Employees walked and worked on concrete floors where roof leaks created standing water on the floor, exposing employees to fall hazards.

29 CFR  1910.22(d)(2):(2) Hazardous conditions on walking-working surfaces are corrected or repaired before an employee uses the walking-working surface again.  If the correction or repair cannot be made immediately, the hazard must be guarded to prevent employees from using the walking-working surface until the hazard is corrected or repaired.  a. On or before June 16, 2022, the employer failed to correct or repair walking-working surfaces prior to employees walking-working on the surface. Employees walked and worked on concrete floors where the concrete was previously damaged, exposing employees to fall hazards.

29 CFR  1910.37(b)(2):Each exit must be clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit."  a. On or before June 16, 2022, the employer failed to ensure fire exits were clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit". In the southwest side of the building, an exit sign was missing the Exit covering.
