29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided:  (a)	On or before June 13, 2022, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from injury, in that two employees were engaged in roofing activities on a two-story residential home under construction with a roof pitch of approximately 6-in-12 without the use of a fall protection system. This condition exposed the employees to fall hazards of approximately 25 feet.
