29 CFR  1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye:  a) On or about 06/21/2022 at Franco's Pizzeria, 817 Payne Avenue, North Tonawanda, NY; where a work-related incident occurred on 6/11/2022 resulted in hospitalization of an employee due to serious burns. The employer did not report the hospitalization to OSHA.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
