In the service shop, at the RV maintenance area: On or about June 22, 2022, the employer exposed an employee to health hazards from hazardous chemicals which can cause, skin damage, respiratory injury and illness, organ failure and cancer, in that the employer was not requiring an employee to use properly fitted and assessed chemical resistant gloves. Without proper protective gear, knowledge of what gear to wear, and employer requirement to wear the personal protective gear while using solvents and degreasers, exposes these employees to health hazards. b. In the service shop, at the RV maintenance area: On or about June 22, 2022, the employer exposed an employee to health hazards from hazardous chemicals which can cause, skin damage, respiratory injury and illness, organ failure and cancer, in that the employer was not requiring an employee to use properly fitted eye/face protection and clothing such as safety glasses and aprons. Without proper protective gear, knowledge of what gear to wear, and employer requirement to wear the personal protective gear while using solvents and degreasers, exposes these employees to health hazards.
