29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  Worksite located at 8215 NW 89th Terrace, Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were working with equipment such as, but not limited to, pneumatic nail guns and radial saws and were not protected from eye impact hazards by the use of safety glasses.
