29 CFR  1926.451(c)(2)(v): Fork-lifts were used to support scaffold platforms in which the entire scaffold platform was not attached to the fork and the fork-lift was moved horizontally while the platform was occupied:   31 Oak St., Westborough, MA: On or about June 23, 2022, an employee was observed applying Tyvek wrap to a residential building garage addition while  the occupied platform was moved horizontally by the fork-lift  to accomplish the work task.
