29 CFR  1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:  a) 605 Market Street, Mifflinville, PA 18631 - On or about June 23, 2022, the employer allowed their employees to lean out of a work platform of a JLG 742 telehandler to perform framing activities, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of approximately fifteen (15) feet to the ground below. 29 CFR  1926.602(d): The employer did not certify that each operator had been trained and evaluated as required by paragraph 29 CFR 1910.178(l):   a) 605 Market Street, Mifflinville, PA 18631 - On or about June 23, 2022, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards in that the employer permitted an employee to operate a JLG 742 telehandler without first ensuring the employee was trained and certified to operate the equipment.  Note: The requirements applicable to construction work under paragraph (d) of this section are identical to those set forth at paragraph (l) of 29 CFR 1910.178.    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
