29 CFR  1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:  a)  In the ironing area: On or about June 24, 2022, the portable fire extinguisher access was blocked by hazardous waste container and the location was not identified so that it was readily accessible to employees expected to utilized portable fire extinguishers to fight incipient fires, exposing employees to smoke and fire hazards.  b)  In the customer reception area: On or about June 24, 2022, the portable fire extinguisher access was blocked by boxes / plastic bins and the location was not identified so that it was readily accessible to employees expected to utilized portable fire extinguishers to fight incipient fires, exposing employees to smoke and fire hazards.
