29 CFR  1910.151(c):Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:   In the concession stands, employees engaged in food production activities were not provided with an eye wash station for flushing of the eyes and for immediate emergency use. Hazardous chemicals used onsite included but were not limited to floor, fryer, grill, and multi-surface cleaners, which are corrosive.

29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:   In the food processing area, the employer failed to develop a written hazard communication program to describe how the program would be implemented to include proper training, labeling, and the administration of safety data sheets, to address their chemicals such as the hazards of fryer and grill cleaners which are corrosive; multi-surface cleaner and disinfectant, which can cause dermal allergic reactions if contact with skin is made, and an eye damage hazard if contact with eyes is made while handling the chemical.
