OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fall hazards:   a) Ed Voyles Hyundai Dealership located at 2079 South Cobb Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060, Service Area: On or about 06/27/2022, the employer exposed an employee to falls of approximately 7-feet, 6-inches to the lower ground level while working from the tines of a rough terrain forklift truck, in that an employee was unsafely elevated using the Genie GTH-842 Rough Terrain Forklift tines as a working surface engaged in steel header installation work without a proper approved attachment to the forks.
