29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)	Tri-County Roofing and Home Improvement. On or about June 27, 2022, at the address of 04521 State Route 15 Ney, OH 43549: The employer did not ensure employees were protected from falls while working on top of a multi-pitch two-story residential roof with various height. Employees removing old shingles from atop the structure were exposed to falls of  23ft and greater to the ground below.
