On or about June 27, 2022, in the North Building of the facility located at 500 Industrial Drive, Elkhart Lake, WI,  three CTD Machines Model M225 Miter Cutoff Saw Serial numbers 3703, 3732 and 4440 allowed access to the saw blade cutting area while cutting vinyl and aluminum edging. Each side of the saw blade is accessible through a 3.5 inch high by 5 inch wide opening on both sides of the saw blade in front of the fence.
