29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:   a) Construction Site: On or about June 28, 2022 employees were exposed to a catapult and subsequent fall hazard of approximately 30 feet to the ground below while framing a steel commercial building without being attached to the basket of the aerial lift.
